These terms cover membership in Live Well Brevard, the member app and our text message program. By joining you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Membership
Joining is free.
Member perks are offered by independent partner businesses, which may change or end their offers. Each perk can be used as described in the app.
Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted if earned in error.
Text message (SMS) program
Program: Live Well Brevard member texts. You receive messages directly from Live Well Brevard.
What we send: with checkbox 1, event reminders, RSVP updates and membership notices; with checkbox 2, partner offers and promotions. Each checkbox is separate and optional. One-time sign-in codes are sent only when you request one.
How you opt in: by ticking the unchecked text-message checkboxes on our join form, event RSVP, member app sign-up or event check-in tablet. The wording is:

Text me partner offers and promotions from Live Well Brevard (recurring automated marketing texts). Optional, not a condition of joining or purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Message frequency varies, typically 2-8 messages per month, more around event days.
Message and data rates may apply. Live Well Brevard does not charge for texts.
Opt out: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You will get no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Consent is not a condition of joining, membership or any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Using the app and website
Keep your sign-in codes private. Do not misuse check-in or points codes or share passes. We may suspend memberships used to abuse perks or events.

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date.
