This policy explains what Live Well Brevard ("we", "us") collects from members and visitors of livewell.ecosystemscrm.com and the Live Well Brevard member app, how we use it, and your choices. Live Well Brevard is a free wellness community in Brevard County: local wellness events, member points and perks at partner businesses.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you join, RSVP or check in: first name, mobile number and, if you choose, email.
• Your text message consent choices, with the date, time and the form where you gave them.
• Club activity: events you RSVP to or attend, member perks you use at partner businesses, and points you earn and spend.
• If you use the Live Well Brevard iPhone app: the email and password you sign in with (we keep only a scrambled, one-way form of the password), and your phone's notification token if you turn on notifications.
• Home search: homes you save, and showing or information requests you send, which go to Live Well Brevard's real estate agent so they can reply. If you sort homes by distance, your phone shares its location for that one search; we do not store it.

How we use it

• To run your membership: your member card, event check-in, perks and points, sign-in codes.
• To send the text messages and emails you agreed to receive.
• To understand attendance and improve our events.

We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages directly from Live Well Brevard. Consent is given to Live Well Brevard only, is optional, and is not a condition of joining, membership or any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number and consent are used only to operate Live Well Brevard's own member program. The service providers that deliver our messages and host our systems (for example our SMS carrier and messaging platform) process this information only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

Partner businesses do not receive your contact details. When you use a perk, the partner sees only the pass or code on your screen. We share information only with service providers acting for us, or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while you are a member. To see, correct or delete it, contact support@ecosystemscrm.com. Opting out of texts takes effect immediately.

You can also delete your account yourself in the app: Me → Delete account. This removes your name, email, phone number, sign-in, saved homes and home requests and opts you out of every message. Anonymous records of past payments are kept for accounting.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
