Live Well Brevard: SMS Program Terms & Opt-In Disclosure

Live Well Brevard is a free wellness community in Brevard County: local wellness events, member points and perks at partner businesses. This page documents exactly how Live Well Brevard collects consent for its text messages, the program terms, and how mobile information is handled. It is published for members and for carrier (A2P 10DLC) review.

What we text, and to whom

Live Well Brevard texts only people who opted in. Messages are event reminders and RSVP updates, member perks and partner offers, membership notices (for example a VIP renewal), and one-time sign-in codes a member requests. Messages come from Live Well Brevard only; we never send third-party marketing.

How members opt in

Every sign-up form shows two separate optional checkboxes, both unchecked by default. Each can be ticked without the other. Joining the club, RSVPing or checking in never requires either, and people who leave them unchecked are enrolled normally and get no texts from that category.

Checkbox 1: event and account texts (event reminders, RSVP updates, membership notices). It reads, word for word:

Text me event reminders, RSVP updates and membership notices from Live Well Brevard. Optional. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Checkbox 2: promotional texts (partner offers and promotions). It reads, word for word:

Text me partner offers and promotions from Live Well Brevard (recurring automated marketing texts). Optional, not a condition of joining or purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Promotional texts go only to members who ticked checkbox 2. Event and account texts go only to members who ticked checkbox 1. One-time sign-in codes are sent only when a member requests one.

The same two checkboxes and wording appear on each sign-up surface:

• Website join form: https://livewell.ecosystemscrm.com/site/join (first name, mobile number, optional email).
• Event RSVP: each event page on https://livewell.ecosystemscrm.com/site/events.
• Member app: https://livewell.ecosystemscrm.com/m when joining with a mobile number.
• Check-in tablet at events: the self-service kiosk members use to check in by phone number.

SMS program terms

• Program: Live Well Brevard member texts (events, perks, membership).
• Frequency: message frequency varies, typically 2-8 messages per month, more around event days.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Live Well Brevard does not charge for texts.
• Opt out: reply STOP to stop all texts from both checkboxes (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. STOP is honored immediately and no further texts are sent. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help: reply HELP or contact support@ecosystemscrm.com.
• Consent is not a condition of joining, of membership, or of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are used only to operate Live Well Brevard's own membership and messaging, through service providers (such as our SMS carrier) acting on our behalf.
